Skill System

Skill System Introduction

The Skill System is one of the core combat systems in New MoSiang.
Players can improve their combat strength by learning and upgrading skills, allowing them to perform different martial arts techniques in battle.

There are 6 weapon types in the game, and each weapon has 7 exclusive skills.
As your character level increases, these skills will gradually unlock and can be further enhanced.

I. Unlock Requirement

The Skill System will be unlocked after completing the main quest [Visit Dai Zhen].

Once unlocked, players can view, learn, and upgrade skills in the Skill Interface.

II. Weapon Skills

New MoSiang features 6 major weapon types, and each weapon has 7 skills.

Skills are unlocked progressively as your character level increases.

III. Introduction to the 6 Weapon Skill Sets

Players can learn exclusive skills based on the weapon they use.
Each weapon has its own attack style, skill effects, and combat role, allowing players to choose according to their preferred playstyle.

IV. Skill Upgrade

Players can upgrade skills by consuming Character EXP and Gold Coin.

The higher the skill level, the stronger its effects and damage.

📌 Recommendation

Higher skill levels consume more MP.

At lower character levels, MP capacity and recovery are limited, which may lead to insufficient MP during combat.

It is recommended to prioritize leveling up your character first. After unlocking higher-tier potions, gradually upgrade your skills to reduce MP shortages and improve overall combat efficiency.

V. Skill Advancement

When a skill reaches Level 21, it will advance into a [Real] Skill.

Advanced skills gain stronger effects and improved performance.

VI. Skill Upgrade Cost

Upgrading a skill requires both a character level requirement and a certain amount of EXP and Gold Coin.

The table below uses the first skill (unlocked at Level 6) as an example of the upgrade requirements.

Notes:

  • The level requirement shown in the table is based on the first skill, which unlocks at Level 6.

  • Other skills follow the same upgrade rule, but their starting levels are different.

For example:

If the second skill is unlocked at Level 12, then its upgrade requirement will be:

12 → 15 → 18 → 21 → 24 → 27 → 30 → 33 → 36 → 39 → …

A skill can be upgraded once every 3 character levels.
